The National Cancer Institute's Small Business Innovation Research (NCI SBIR) Development Center will be hosting a workshop on Translational Resources to Expedite Commercialization Success (TRECS) on May 22-23, 2018 at Johns Hopkins University Montgomery County campus in Rockville, MD. The workshop will provide SBIR- and STTR-funded companies an opportunity to learn how to utilize various federal and non-federal resources to advance commercialization. This year, we have invited speakers and panelists from a wide range of federal and private organizations including the FDA, CMS, BARDA, and private reimbursement experts (see Agenda & Speakers for the full list of participating organizations). Attendees will get a chance to meet one-on-one with their respective program officers, as well as speakers of their choice. The one-on-one meeting spots with speakers are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please register early to secure your meeting.
One-on-one meetings are offered for each company, not each attendee.
The TRECS Workshop is an exclusive event for all current NCI SBIR and STTR awardee companies (up to two attendees per company). Registration is complimentary; however, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. If you have any questions regarding the TRECS Workshop, please send us an email at NCIsbirEvents@mail.nih.gov.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION:
Upon registration, you will be prompted to provide information about your company, technology, and other details. Make sure to put only non-confidential information as we are planning to put together a program book for distribution at the workshop.
* REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 22, 2018. REGISTER EARLY TO SECURE 1:1 MEETING WITH SPEAKERS.
