On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, biotech innovators at Oregon Health & Science University and Knight Cancer Institute can get insights on NCI SBIR/STTR support for their projects during presentations by NCI SBIR Team Leader Jonathan Franca-Koh and Program Director Swamy Tripurani from 11:00am -12:30pm PDT. Following an overview of funding opportunities and commercialization resources for prospective cancer technology entrepreneurs, attendees will hear perspectives and lessons learned from executives of NCI SBIR-awarded startups Trace Biosciences and PDX Pharmaceuticals on their small business funding journeys. The presentations will conclude with a live Q&A with the audience. 

After the presentations, OHSU and KCI faculty can participate in 1:1 meetings with NCI SBIR staff from 1:00 - 4:00pm PDT.
