Julienne Willis

Julienne Willis is a program specialist at NCI SBIR Development Center (SBIRDC) and is certified as an NIH Federal EDI EEO collateral counselor. She directly supports the SBIR director and 18 program staff on evaluating and managing administrative operations. She also evaluates various forms of data to make recommendations for alternative methods to improve the organization's structure and efficiency.
