  • NOT-OD-16-052The NIH Direct-to-Phase II program will accept Phase II submissions regardless of the funding source for the Phase I-like proof of principle work on which the proposed Phase II research is based.

  • NOT-OD-15-156 - Small businesses may now use the ASSIST program to submit SBIR and STTR grant applications.

  • Grants Policy Statements - Effective for all NIH grants and cooperative agreements with budget periods beginning on or after December 26, 2014 and awards receiving supplemental funds on or after that date. This is also the policy source for terms and conditions NIH awards made to domestic and foreign organizations.

  • NOT-OD-13-109: Niche Program. The Niche Assessment Program provides market insight and data that can be used to help small businesses strategically position their technology in the marketplace.

  • NOT-OD-14-110Commercialization Assistance Program (CAP). The CAP is specifically designed to assist NIH SBIR Phase II grantees through training workshops, individual mentoring, and consulting sessions.

  • NOT-OD-14-048: NIH Implements Option for Applicants to Switch between the SBIR/STTR programs and the SBIR Direct to Phase II pilot of the SBIR/STTR Reauthorization Act of 2011
